Responsibilities of an Editorial Board Member include:

Soliciting high-quality manuscripts from potential authors.
Completing assigned reviews in a timely fashion.
Providing a clear vision for the direction of the Journal.
Defining and updating the aims, scope, and list of interesting topics to the Journal.
Promoting the Journal within professional networks.
Submitting at least 4 manuscripts to the journal every year (i.e. 1^st article to be submitted within 15 days, and 2^nd by 6 months after getting your acceptance letter)
